Over the past four years in fintech and B2B SaaS, I’ve led content across payment platforms, compliance systems, onboarding experiences, and multi-product ecosystems.
Before transitioning into UX and product design, I spent 22 years in education and training. That experience shaped how I think about systems, learning, and measurable outcomes.
