I’m Gina, a content designer who combines deep domain expertise with human-centered design thinking to bring clarity to complex products. Over the past four years in fintech and B2B SaaS, I’ve led content across payment platforms, compliance systems, onboarding experiences, and multi-product ecosystems.
Before transitioning into UX and product design, I spent 22 years in education and training. That experience shaped how I think about systems, learning, and measurable outcomes. I learned to break down complexity, adapt to different mental models, and design for real understanding, not just information delivery.
I’ve created hundreds of knowledge articles, video tutorials, and interactive product tours that have helped thousands of users confidently adopt sophisticated financial tools.
